Helical Gear Rack

In order to make the assembly of connected racks smoother, half teeth are added to both ends of the standard rack to facilitate the connection of the lower half teeth of the next rack with the complete teeth. The picture below shows the connection method of two racks. The tooth gauge can accurately control the pitch position.

For the connection of helical racks, the opposite tooth gauge can be used to accurately connect.

1. When connecting the rack, it is recommended to lock the holes on the side of the rack first, and then in the order of the foundation. By assembling the tooth gauge, the pitch position of the rack can be assembled accurately and completely.

2. Finally, lock the rack positioning pins on the two racks; assembly is complete.
